Sofia was born and raised in Tucson. ever since she was little she always knew she wanted to work with animals. She graduated from Pima Medical Institute as a Veterinary Assistant in 2026 and plans to continue growing in the Veterinary field. She has a soft spot for pugs because of her own pug, who has since passed away, and thats a big part of why helping animals means so much to her. She loves educating pet owners, learning something new everyday and building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. Outside of work, you can usually find her spending time with cat, Maru, or hanging out with her friends and family.
